Jiana is a professionally trained vocalist and Music educator in Classical voice (Mezzo Soprano) and Vocal Jazz Performance. She has been active in Music Ministry for over 20 years and Music Education for over 17 years. Her experience includes collegiate, grade school, and private voice instruction as well as session work and background vocalist for artists in gospel, jazz, soul and pop. Jiana believes that everyone has been called to do something extraordinary. She has found purpose in maximizing the creativity and individuality of artists in Commercial Music and Sacred Music, while educating singers, actors and ministry leaders on the importance of Vocal Health. Jiana's Continued endeavors include her gospel jazz and jazz projects, providing workshops for music teacher and students on vocal jazz solo and ensemble artistry, as well as providing music ministry leadership.
